All funding decisions, terms, and conditions are determined by the respective funding partner.

Red Rock Funders does not guarantee that your application will be approved, that you will receive any specific funding amount, or that specific terms will be offered. Funding decisions are made by our funding partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We make no representations or warranties regarding the terms, rates, or availability of funding.

Red Rock Funders offers an SMS messaging program to provide application updates and account-related notifications. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms:
The Red Rock Funders SMS program sends informational and account-related text messages, including but not limited to: application status updates, funding notifications, document requests, account reminders, and customer service communications. This program is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may opt in to receive text messages from Red Rock Funders by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our application form and providing your mobile phone number. Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of applying for or receiving funding. Providing your phone number without checking the SMS consent box does not constitute opt-in for text messaging.
Message frequency varies based on your application status and account activity. You may receive multiple messages during active application processing. Recurring messages may be sent for ongoing account notifications.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Red Rock Funders is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Red Rock Funders. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to you. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application or funding status.

Your privacy is important to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
